If XPress for Chrome fails to launch the most likely reason is: the XPress extension uses browser local storage, and if cookies are disabled, then access to the local storage is blocked, and XPress application could hang up on start.
Checking if Cookies are Disabled
- Users can check it quickly by entering chrome://settings/content as a URL.
- Click Cookies and site data.
- Make sure that "Block third party cookies" is NOT clicked.
