XDiag is a diagnostics utility that can help Recordex Technical Support collect information that helps in diagnosing technical support issues. If your Recordex software is crashing for unknown reasons, please follow these instructions.
These are the instructions for using Version 1.1.4 1.
Using XDiag.msi
- Download the utility here:
- Windows Version: Click Here
- Mac Version: Click Here
- Android Version: Click Here
- Install the application. Note: Admin privileges are required for initial installation.
- Click the "Extract All" button.
- After it is done extracting all the files, click the "Run" button.
- If you get this error click the "Run Anyway" button.
- After program loads press the “Start Collecting Diagnostics” button.
- The utility will collect relevant system information. After it is finished it will present the following page.
- Select the circled "Share" button. Then save the file.
- Submit a support ticket with this file attached. If you already have a support ticket open then attach it to the current ticket.
- We will use the collected information to assist in identifying the cause of the support issue.
