If you are noticing a popup like the below and wondering what it is, this is STAdmin. The remote management tool for the Recordex SimplicityTouch, allowing IT users to remotely manage and maintain all of your Recordex IFPs. Activating and binding the panel to your STAdmin network will remove this popup and provide access to remote management tools.

1. Confirm the unit is on latest FW version, 1004. To do so, open STAdmin, go to about, click on Firmware. This will tell you what FW you are on.
2. If not on 1004, update your panel, via OTA if connected to internet or USB Drive.
3. Once confirmed the FW is up to date, exit STAdmin by returning home and navigate to the panel settings.
4. Navigate to power and select Power on Settings.
5. Find "Power on Action" and select off. Exit settings to save
6. Restart panel to confirm setting has been saved.
