print icon

In very rare circumstances, a SimplicityTouch Panel may fail to boot and display the following message:

"Warning: during operation, do not power off!",
"If you use a USB flash or SDCard, do not unplug!", "Operation failed!"

Fixing failed boot message

  1. Using the remote control, press the "OK" button 2 times consecutively. You may need to try this a few times to get it to register.

  2. Once you do this correctly, the panel should reboot and work properly.
