If you find that the Fist Erase function is not working for you within XPress, please follow these steps.

Fist Erase currently does not work with MacOS.

Fixing fist erase

1. Ensure you have the latest version of XPress installed on your device: Click Here.
    
2. Launch XPress.
    
3. Open the application settings (Main Menu> Settings> Options tab) and ensure that the selected "Device" corresponds to actually connected IFP (i.e. IFPXX", not 'Auto').
   
    
4. If not - choose the right one, and restart XPress.
