Connecting a VCR to the SimplicityTouch panel

The SimplicityTouch comes with an adapter for RCA connection.

The quality of the video being shown through a VCR may not be as crisp as video shown when you connect a computer due to resolution.

Connecting to a VCR

  1. There's a 3.5 mm A/V port on the bottom of the panel that the adapter inserts into.

  2. Once connected, select A/V as the input (use the Input button on the front of the unit or from the Remote Control).

  3. You may need to use the Zoom feature to adjust the aspect ratio for the image to fill the screen because the VCR resolution may be lower than that of the panel (select the Zoom button on the Remote Control and toggle through the options or the Menu option >Picture Menu > Aspect Ratio).
